This month we will hear from Sarah Featherstone, Director of Operations at AMBS.

Sarah Featherstone

Sarah has been Director of Operations for Alliance Manchester Business School since April 2022.

She is responsible for leadership and oversight across all aspects of Professional Services within AMBS and works closely with the Head of School in progressing the strategic ambition of the School. Sarah is a member of the School Senior Leadership Team and heads the School’s Professional Services Leadership Team. She is passionate about making AMBS an inclusive and supportive environment for all who work here and delivers a people-centric approach to leadership.

Following an initial career in production at the Manchester Evening News and a regional advertising agency, Sarah has worked at the University of Manchester for nearly 20 years and, alongside a long career in AMBS, has held leadership positions in both the School of Engineering and the Strategic Change Office.
