MSc International Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations, Class of 2017

Why did you choose to study this Masters course at Alliance MBS?

I graduated from the Ludwig Maximilians University Munich with a BA in Politics and Sociology. Whilst doing my undergraduate studies, I got into the area of Human Resource Management due to several internships and industrial placements. A postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management is the next logical step to broaden my knowledge and understanding of HR and to lay the foundations of starting my career in HR. Furthermore, this degree also leads to CIPD qualification and membership.

After graduating, I either want to stay in the UK and start a graduate scheme or move back to Germany and start my career in a more specified field of HR. My Masters degree and the CIPD qualification are an excellent basis for future career prospects.
