The second cohort of graduates from Alliance Manchester Business School’s unique airport management Masters programme all graduated successfully on Tuesday 12th December with an impressive set of results.
Congratulations to the following colleagues who have successfully achieved an MSc Executive Management:
• Fiona Wright
• Gill Garvey
• Mike Rimmer
• Dan Lampard
• Nicola McMullen
• Kelly Simkiss
• Howard Ebison
Combining theory and practice, the bespoke course provided colleagues with a greater understanding of key trends and issues in airport operation and services delivery, as well as exploring broader management capabilities such as leadership and strategy. Endorsed by Manchester Airport Group’s Chief Executive Charlie Cornish, because of its practical application to the workplace, the programme’s modules were chosen specifically for their importance to MAG’s strategic vision.
Feedback from our graduates has been positive. Kelly Simkiss, Head of Airport Asset Development at MAG, said: “The reflective nature of the assignments was particularly effective for me from a learning perspective. This, combined with the application in the work place, meant I not only learnt whilst studying for the MSc but have continued to evolve my reflection and learning in many of the areas on an ongoing basis since completion.”
Jane Crombleholme, Head of Executive Education at Alliance MBS said: “We have worked closely with Manchester Airports Group to provide students with a demanding challenge to their thinking and approaches. Congratulations to all.”
Daniel Gallo, Group HR Director, has also passed on praises to the graduates: “Congratulations for successfully passing your MSc, your results are fantastic and a real testimony to all of your hard work, dedication and commitment to completing your studies.”
