Congratulations to everyone presented with an award at the Academy of Management conference in Boston last week.
John Hassard’s paper Relational perspectivism and the case for slow theorizing in critical temporal studies (with Julie Wolfram Cox, Monash University) won the AOM award for Best Critical Paper in Organization Studies (sponsored by the FT50 journal, Organization Studies).
Shukhrat Nasirov won Best Paper Finalist Award alongside Gary Chapman, Mat Hughes, and Paul Hughes for their paper Workforce age diversity, innovation performance, and the moderating effect of societal tolerance. Shukhrat was also recognised with the Best Reviewer Award by the AOM TIM division.
N. Nuruzzaman's research paper (co-authored with Sorin Krammer and Debmalya Mukherjee) won 'IM Division – Georgetown Best Paper in International Business and Policy Award' for their paper International Connectedness, Governmental Interventions, and Firm Adaptation to Exogenous Shock.
Karl Taeuscher won an AMR (Academy of Management Review journal) Outstanding Developmental Reviewer award.
Nuno Gil was recognised as an Outstanding Reviewer by the Strategic Management division.
