The Times Higher Education (THE) has ranked Alliance Manchester Business School’s Business and Economics programme 26th in the world.
The ranking is focused - like the THE World University Rankings - on research and academic reputation. It also rates academic prestige and research excellence, as well as the teaching environment.
The School scored particularly highly on its international outlook, showing the ability to attract students from all over the world. The international outlook also highlighted the high number of publications that have at least one international co-author, rewarding higher volumes.

- Our business Masters degree courses have 72 nationalities (25 new nationalities in 2018 compared to 2017) and 79% of the class is international.
- The 2018 Undergraduate cohort has 49% international students.
