Alliance Manchester Business School is inviting applications to fully-funded PhD studentships in collaboration with The University of Melbourne.
This dual-award PhD programme offers candidates the opportunity to apply for a defined project with a strong supervisory team both in Manchester and in Melbourne. The positions are fully-funded for three years and will lead to awards from the two partner institutions.
Candidates will begin their PhD in Manchester and will then spend at least 12 months in Melbourne. The amount of time spent at Manchester and Melbourne will be dependent upon the project and candidates will work with their supervisory team in the first year to set out the structure of the project.
Up to ten fully-funded studentships are available across a defined list of projects at The University of Manchester, including two projects based at Alliance MBS.
- “Creative economy start-up success: Use/misuse of market research by creative economy entrepreneurs”.
- "Integrating urban sustainability and digital platforms?"
The deadline for formal applications is 31 January 2020.
