The Initiative was founded in 2018 and brings together practice and research to identify dangers and facilitate opportunities in future policy directions at the interface of law and technology. It serves as a dynamic platform between industry stakeholders, regulatory communities and academics within the Alliance Manchester Business School, Department of Computer Science and the Law School.
To provide a comprehensive view of the current landscape, this series features a diverse lineup of guests including both academics and leading industry professionals from a number of partner firms involved in the Law & Technology Initiative. Topics covered range from defining what legal tech is right through to specific applications of technology within firms.
