Baowu Leadership Development Programme
The Baowu Leadership Executive Programme is the overseas module of the group’s internal training initiative which equips their delegates with essential leadership skills and visions to prepare for more demanding and challenging senior roles.
During the week-long programme, the delegates focus on best practice in management and innovation and how this can impact the culture of an organisation in a positive way through a combination of theory, group activity and company visits. Since 2009, Baowu Steel has also commissioned a 2-3 month leadership development programme annually for their middle managers.
