Executive Development Programmes
Over the past twenty years, Alliance Manchester Business School has been commissioned to deliver many executive development programmes for the Ministry of Finance of China.
Initially, programmes ran for up to three weeks around public finance, public administration, and human resource management. For the past ten years, the ministry has commissioned an annual six-month programme – with combined aims of improving the delegates’ confidence in working in English, strengthening their communication skills in an international environment, as well as widening their knowledge base and perspectives on public finance, change management and leadership. Feedback has been consistently good, and we continue to make an impact alongside the Ministry in the Chinese public finance sector.
