Psychology of Leading People

A practical course for those looking to master the tools and techniques of high-performance management.

Psychology of Leading People is an evidence-based, practical course, which helps you discover, strengthen, and effectively implement your leadership skills within your organisation.

From in-depth insights on managing yourself and others, to best-practice examples from more than 140 leading organisations, you will gain a greater understanding of how management is evolving in an ever-changing world.

What did you enjoy most about studying on the Psychology of Leading People course?

What I enjoyed most about the course was the style of facilitation. Robin Martin was very interactive, he was very communicative and took a relaxed approach rather than a heavily academic one.

He welcomed ideas from the team and although some of the theories discussed were quite complex, his way of communicating them was very relaxed and easy to understand.

What advice would you give to someone considering joining this course?

The advice I would give is to definitely go for it! You might believe that you have some understanding already of how to manage people, or why people act the way they do, but you will be surprised at the amount of blind spots this course exposes.

It's definitely a course worth taking, not only to enhance your ability to lead other people, but the ability to lead yourself as well to attain the goals that you want to achieve.

This is a course definitely worth taking, not only to enhance your ability to lead others, but to lead yourself as well.
