Manchester culture

From the Suffragettes to The Smiths, Manchester has always taken inspiration from its unique heritage.

If you're a culture vulture, there's plenty for you to take in. The city boasts a famous music scene and vibrant nightlife, as well as world-renowned museums and galleries. You can also expect a packed calendar during your time here - with festivals, cultural events and two of the biggest teams in world football.

If you love art, if you love to socialise, there are places for you here. If you, like me, love music and football it’s amazing to be here because there’s so much happening.
